CSC is well suited to organizations that are likely to participate in data sharing between the two parties and internal transfers of personal data for which processing is easy. Suppose an international organization makes a series of ongoing or complex internal transfers. You must choose a data protection authority (DPD) as your lead authority. Your choice of the leading authority depends on the location of your company`s headquarters in the European Union or the location in Europe of the part of your company that is best placed to take responsibility for global data protection compliance. The detailed criteria for choosing the lead authority are included in the group`s contributions (see below). However, in many Member States, the data protection authority must grant, in addition to the BK`s authorisation, an authorisation allowing the transfer of data from that Member State to a third country or third country. Their data protection is comparable to that of the RGPD. As a result, personal data may be transferred to these countries in accordance with the regulations. The Information Officer authorized the transfer of personal data in accordance with the company`s binding rules (pdf) for the following companies: 15 December 2005 – The General Electric Company for employee data.2 April 2007 – Koninklijke Philips Electronics NV for employee data.22.
