Mentoring Confidentiality Agreement Template

Confidentiality is an important issue in the context of borders. In this relationship, you have to respect confidentiality, because the mentors don`t share anything that the mentee told them to someone. There are two exceptions to this rule that are dealt with in the Privacy section on this page. The purpose of this agreement is to protect both the mentor and mentor from a breach of confidentiality during the tutoring process. During the tutoring period (now at the end of the fall 2020 semester), you acknowledge that you will follow the rules below. Tutoring program coordinators respect confidentiality unless a breach of confidentiality is required to ensure a person`s personal safety. It is useful not only to have a regular day and time for the tutoring session, but also to have a consistent format so that both parties know what to expect. Below is an example of a diary to accompany your time together. As a tutoring partner, it is important that you have a common understanding of the commitment you both make to your tutoring relationship. Mentors and mentors should check the form below and sign them up before starting the tutoring relationship. In sending this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the agreement above. For a tutoring relationship to develop, the mentor and mentor must feel that discussions on private issues or problems are conducted with discretion.

Both parties should reach an agreement before entering into a mentor/mentor relationship. This agreement defines the objectives of a tutoring relationship and sets limits. I am also encouraged to discuss any concerns I have about my tutoring experience with tutoring program coordinators. Please check the privacy and engagement form with your mentor before sending it together. This format is not prescriptive and you can create your own structure to achieve and promote your goals and priorities. A successful tutoring relationship requires: I understand that when information about the cause of damage is shared for others (or for themselves), it must be reported to program coordinators and that they involve appropriate participants on campus. Note: If such problems arise, mentors should contact the Mentor Us Leadership team and are followed with the faculty member to be treated accordingly. When sending this form, I agree to keep the details of my interviews with my mentor confidential, unless he has been allowed to share this information with others. To have a productive relationship with your mentor, we need to follow certain rules so that mentoring roles are very clear. We sketched out what a mentor is or not below.

Please read this as you will be asked to confirm that you understand these rules. I authorize you to publish or disseminate electronic photos or similarities that I have recorded on campus or at university events with or without my name to publicize the university. I also consider the district free of any unintentional abuse of my photo or electronic duality as part of the above activity.
