Eurocamp Housekeeping Agreement

We are in the process of making our first Thomson Al Fresco Holiday in April (used 3 times last year at eurocamp) so far not impressed by Thomson! Let pay an additional deposit of £70 on top of the damage waiver fee we have already paid (eurocamp did not calculate it) – Thomson also decided not to send free “gifts”, as advertised on page 107 of their catalogue – “because of the carbon footprint” ha!! Because I asked for it, they`re going to send a beach bag and a ball – all to save them a few cents and hope customers won`t pick it up. Remove all garbage and dispose/recycle with 3 parking lots. Wash and put away all kitchen utensils 4. Clean the barbecue 5. Put all the rented sheets and towels on the kitchen table. To support this, we provide in all our tents and mobile homes a tea towel, cloth, sink, detergent and barbecue brush. Cleaning deposit The details of the cleaning contract are available in the “Your Al Fresco” section as soon as you have made a reservation.

By making a reservation with Greenbank Holidays Limited, named Al Fresco Holidays, you understand and agree to abide by the house agreement. If you leave the accommodation on the last day of your holiday, you agree that you: a quick scan of Eurocamp and Keycamps e-brochures and both mention it too. We used Keycamp last year and no one ever asked us for a deposit. In order to improve the efficiency of our check-in procedure and to ensure that we provide you with our accommodation at the highest possible standard, Al Fresco Holidays requires from all guests a deposit of € 100 for the cleaning service. This deposit can be paid before arrival at the resort by following a special link to a payment service. The payment will be automatically refunded to you at the end of the following pre-exit: 1. Empty the refrigerator and freezer and remove any other food from the cabinets 2. Remove all garbage and throw away/recycle 3 parking lots. Wash and store all kitchen utensils 4. Clean the barbecue 5. Put all the rented sheets and towels on the kitchen table.

To support this, we offer in all our mobile homes toilet paper, roasted, fabric, dazzling and barbecue brushes. If you want to pay this bill at the resort with a different method than the payment service, checks are preferred over cash….
